The City of Spokane is requesting bids from vendors to perform Lawn Maintenance Services - Prevailing Wage, for over a three-period, with a one-year renewal option. Vendor's prices shall be firm throughout the first year of the contract period, 4/1/2025 through 12/31/2026. For multi-year contracts and/or contract extensions, prevailing wage rates must be updated annually. Services are that are subject to Prevailing Wage. Clarification Deadline 2/3/2025 10:00 AM Pre-bid meeting info : **Only those bidders vendors who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at both locations will be able to bid.
