Engineer's Estimate 1,000,000.00 The bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond bound to the City of Spokane, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Bid bonds must be by a surety company authorized to do business as a surety in Washington State The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor deviations from the specifications, to waive minor informalities in bidding, whenever it is in the City's best interest, and to accept or reject all or part of this Request for Bids, at the prices shown. The general work required includes: 1. Mobilizing personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work detailed in these specifications 2. Providing vendor fabrication design specifications and shop drawings to Department for review and approval 3. Furnishing and installing fully automated test bench assembly - Public Works Requirements 4. Restore (clean) work site to its previous work condition 5. Provide testing, training, and Operator certification 6. Furnish a digital copy on a removable memory device and physical record binder of proper documentation for all equipment and related appurtenances supplied
