Solicitation Id: BTO-01 Route : Non-Hwy Limit : Master Contract: Traffic Engineering County : Statewide Assistance is needed with traffic engineering tasks. Provide traffic engineering services in the areas of 1) traffic data collection, 2) traffic analysis and modeling, 3) traffic safety engineering, 4) ITS and electrical design, 5) lighting and signal system design, 6) work zones, 7) freeway operations, 8) traffic incident management, and 9) other traffic tasks such as benefit/cost analysis (BCA), GIS analysis, and other special studies. Complete traffic engineering tasks which could include one or more of the following: turning movement counts; segment counts; traffic simulation modeling and/or peer reviews; intersection control evaluations (ICEs); crash diagrams; safety and operations network screening and analysis; traffic and engineering investigation; ITS and electrical design; signal and lighting system design; traffic signal timing; performance measures; training; spatial analysis/GIS; analysis with large data sets and policy development.
