The Work Includes the Removal, Disposal, and Installation of Tiles and the Replacement of the Existing Inner Band of 10-inch-wide Coping Tiles Along the Perimeter of a 12,000 Square Foot Pool. Contractor Shall Repair All Damaged Concrete and Fill All Expansion Joints With Self-leveling Epoxy. All Work Must Be Completed by Wednesday, April 30, 2025, and Contractor Shall Provide a 3-year Warranty on All Materials and Labor.
