Community Park Improvement Project Phase II The proposed improvement is officially known as "COMMUNITY PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PHASE II" and consists of upgrading the electrical service for the park shelters currently served from the electrical panel in the restrooms building. The prevailing rate of hourly wages as set forth in the current "U.S. Department of Labor, General Decision IL20210017" is to be paid to all persons employed on this Project. Certified payroll forms must be submitted to the Owner in the form and number asset forth by the Owner. A Project Labor Agreement is required for this project. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided in these Bidding Documents. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, a bank cashier's check, bank draft or certified check for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Bid. A Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price and each with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. Prospective bidders shall be skilled in the type of work called for in this Project and shall demonstrate same through the submission of a resume listing all pertinent projects performed within the last five (5) years if requested by the Engineer/Architect The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Worden reserve the right to reject any or all proposals.
