Ingham County is seeking competitive bids from experienced and qualified vendors for the purpose of entering into a contract to provide pavement markings for the 2025 Countywide Waterborne Pavement Marking & Cold Plastic Common Text & Symbol Pavement Marking Program for the Ingham County Road Department. The contract period is for one (1) year with an option to extend for an additional year, if both parties agree. LOCATION Ingham County Road Department 310 Bush Street Mason, MI 48854. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Guarantee shall be in the form of a bid bond executed by an approved surety company, made payable to the County of Ingham. Bid guarantee shall run for a period of not less than ninety (90) days. Question Deadline 01/30/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Any explanation desired by a Proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of this IFB and attachments must be requested only to the Ingham County Purchasing Department, at questions@ingham.org. In the subject line of the e-mail, reference the Packet Number and Description: "Packet #23--25; 2025 Countywide Pavement Marking". Any preprinted contract forms the vendor proposes to include as part of the contract resulting from this solicitation must be submitted as part of the proposal. Any standard contract provisions not submitted as part of the proposal and subsequently presented for inclusion may be rejected. The County reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any form contract submitted by a proposer and/or to require that amendments be made thereto, or that an agreement drafted by the County be utilized.
