Ingham County (County) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a contact for the purpose of providing roof replacement services at the Ingham County Drain Commissioner's Office. The Scope of Work, includes but is not limited to, removal of existing shingle roofing, decking maintenance and repair; and, installing a new shingle roof in accordance with the shingle manufacturer's recommendations and requirements.
