**As of August 11th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Ingham County seeks proposals from experienced vendors for the purpose of entering into a contract for fabricating and installing new wayfinding signage for the Ingham County Justice Complex. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Guarantee shall be in the form of a bid bond executed by an approved surety company, made payable to the County of Ingham. Bid guarantee shall run for a period of not less than ninety (90) days. If the successful proposer fails to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates within ten (10) business days after receipt of Notice of Award, such guarantee shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. Question Deadline 05/06/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Any explanation desired by a Proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of this RFP and attachments must be requested only to the Ingham County Purchasing Department, at questions@ingham.org. If an addendum is required, it will be issued after this date. In the subject line of the e-mail, reference the Packet Number and Description: "Packet #69-25; ICJC Wayfinding Signage and Installation" Questions are gathered until the deadline and answered in an addendum. Addendums are issued after all questions are received and answered. You will receive confirmation that your bid was received within approximately 15 minutes of your submission; if not, contact the Purchasing Department at 517-676- 7222 or 517-676-7322 to confirm receipt of your e-mail. If we are unavailable please leave a message and include, your name, phone number, email and "Packet #69-25; ICJC Wayfinding Signage and Installation". The Purchasing Department cannot accept bids in Zip files and/or any format that requires a obtain or clicking on a hyperlink. The work for the wayfinding sign installation shall be substantially completed within 5 consecutive working days from commencement/mobilization of project to completion and no later than September 1, 2025; and, completed and ready for final payment on or before September 15, 2025.
