Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mason, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Construction shall include: Areas of removal of Bituminous pavement, concrete sidewalk and concrete curb and gutter; complete removal of the existing concrete arch and all appurtenances; furnishing and installation of a new 66 foot long, 24 foot span by 9 foot rise precast concrete box culvert complete; installation of approximately 615 tons of heavy rip rap; installation of 8" and 6" watermain totaling approximately 200 Lft.; including stream crossing, valves and manholes, watermain connections and testing; installation of concrete curb and gutter totaling approximately 250 Lft; installation of 4" and 6" concrete sidewalks, driveways and ADA ramps totaling approximately 3200 Sft; installation of sand sub base and aggregate base for roadway, replacement of bituminous leveling course and wearing course totaling approximately 300 tons; limited storm sewer construction; Sycamore Creek stream water diversion; erosion control measures; signing and traffic control; complete cleanup and restoration, and other miscellaneous work items that are normally included with the described work items. Following registration, complete hard copy sets of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office and cost will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable. Upon the Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
