The City of Hesperia's Engineering Department is seeking qualified professional consulting firms to submit a proposal to provide professional engineering design services for the Golf Course Trails. The Project will consist of design development and preparation of construction plans and specifications, and construction cost estimates. The City would like to create an outdoor recreation through the installation of walking trails for the public at the Hesperia Golf Course. The entire trail system will extend 4.5 miles around the golf course and will include signage, benches along the path, and a pedestrian bridge. This is a state funded contract that is funded by the California Drought, Water, Parks, Climate, Coastal Protection and Outdoor Access for All Act of 2018 (Proposition 68) which provides Per Capita funding for local governments. During the RFP process all addenda, questions, answers to questions, project information, correspondence, submitted proposals, award notices, etc. will be transmitted or provided through electronically. Consultants who do not intend to submit a proposal, do not need to "accept" the documents marked "Must Accept" that are located electronically. Only Consultants submitting a Proposal must acknowledge receipt of such documents by accepting them online.
