**As of July 22, 2025, the project was awarded to Staten Solar Corporation but the awarded amount is not available.** An Initial Study and Addendum was prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The project must be conducted in accordance with this document which is attached as Exhibit A. The consultant is to provide detailed plans for the project. Preliminary plans were provided by SunPower and are attached as Exhibit B. Additional studies and reports are already prepared and available such as geotechnical, survey, and structural. The following equipment was procured by SunPower in connection with the prior development of the Project: i. Transformer ii. Inverter iii. Switchgear The District is currently working to take possession of this equipment, but the components will need to be inspected for suitability and to ensure they are in good working order. There may also be a delay in obtaining possession due to the SunPower bankruptcy. Accordingly, any proposal should include the potential cost of procuring the forgoing equipment and any concerns as to the continued suitability of the equipment.
