This project is a CM/Multi-Prime project, with Erickson Hall acting as the Districtís Construction Manager. The Contract Time is One Hundred Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days Such bidderís security must be in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the proposed Contract, if the same is awarded to such bidder, and will provide the required Performance and Payment Bonds, insurance certificates (or OCIP required documents) and any other required documents. In the event of failure to enter into said Contract or provide the necessary documents, said security will be forfeited. District reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bid, or reject any and all bid proposals, accept or reject any portion or combination thereof, or award on the basis of the total bid, when to do so in its best interest. The Contract will be awarded, if at all, within sixty (60) calendar days after opening of bids to the lowest responsible bidder submitting a responsive bid and complying with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The time for awarding the Contract may be extended by District with the consent of the apparent lowest responsible bidder.
