As of June 12, 2025, No award, award being presented to Council Members on June 17, 2025 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Project includes demolition of the existing bridge structure over the DWR aqueduct on Ranchero Road and construction of a new bridge over the same, along with reconstruction of the road between the boundaries of the existing new pavement and construction of a new cul-de-sac, construction of drainage improvements, water main line installation and construction of retaining walls. BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT, along with their bid: cash, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a bidder's bond, payable to the City of Hesperia in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into the contract if the same is awarded to the successful bidder. Though no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal is set for this Project, the City encourages participation from small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE). The Contractor shall take necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that DBEs have opportunity to participate in the contract.
