This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract to purchase Schwing Sludge Cake Pump System Replacement Parts or parts for any added Schwing Pump and on-site factory service and training. The current equipment is located at the Southerly and Jackson Pike Wastewater Treatment Plants and is used to transport dewatered sludge from the facilities' sludge dewatering buildings to incineration facilities or sludge load out facilities for disposal. The proposed contract will be in effect through April 30, 2027. Questions regarding this bid must be submitted on the electronically by 4:00 pm Thursday, January 16, 2025. Responses will be posted on the RFQ on electronically no later than Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 4:00pm.
