This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities, Division of Sewerage and Drainage with a Universal Term Contract to purchase Construction Castings to be used for the replacement of existing castings, sewer construction and repair projects and street repair projects. The City reserves the right to enter into one or multiple contracts and / orto designate primary and secondary vendors. The proposed contract will be in effect through May 31, 2027. The proposed contract shall be in effect from June 1, 2025 up to and including May 31, 2027. Questions regarding this bid must be submitted on electronically by 4:00 pm Thursday January 16, 2025. Responses will be posted on the RFQ on electronically no later than Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 4:00 pm.
