Yolo Community Care Continuum is soliciting bids for a general contractor to perform the following work: removal and replacement of inside kitchen floors, base boarders and various other flooring repairs. This project is funded by federal funds made available through the City of Woodland's Community Development Block Grant Program. Davis-Bacon and other Federal Requirements - This Project is subject to: (1) Federal Labor Standards as required under Davis-Bacon Act A (40 U.S.C. i 1/2 276a), (2) Affirmative Action Requirements pursuant to the Executive Order 11246, entitled "Equal Employment Opportunity" as amended by Executive Order 11375 and as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60), (3) Section 3 Requirements of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, and (4) Minority and Women's Business Enterprise opportunity goals pursuant to Executive Orders 11625, 12138, and 12432, and other applicable Federal requirements. All labor on this project shall be paid at no less than minimum wage rate as established by the Davis-Bacon Act.
