The project consists of installing rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB) and AC powered speed feedback signs at Pedestrian Crossing at Dingle, Maxwell, Zamora and Gibson elementary schools in the City of Woodland. The successful bidder must possess a current, valid Class A, General Engineering or Class C-10 Electrical Contractors License issued by the State of California. The Citys estimated cost of the improvements for base bid only is $150,000 to $190,000: *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All bids must be sealed and accompanied by cash, cashiers check, certified check, or Bid Bond made payable to the City in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Prior to the performance of any work hereunder, the successful bidder shall be required to furnish both a payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price and a faithful performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
