Site work and paving for a civil project in Edwards, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each Bidder Shall File With His Bid a Cashier's Check, or a Bid Bond, in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to Whom a Contract is Awarded Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance, Payment and Warranty Bond Guaranteeing Faithful Performance. No Bids May Be Withdrawn Within a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Date Bids Are Opened. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Irregularities or Informalities in Any Bid. The Work to Be Performed Generally Includes: Approximately 35,000 Sf of Asphalt Milling, 479 Tons of Asphalt (Pg 58-34), 400 Sf of Full Depth Asphalt Repair, 589 Lineal Feet of Crack Repair Following Milling, 3 Manhole Adjustments, 5 Gate Valve Adjustments and 118 Tons of Road Base Shouldering. Box 97 C/o Marchetti and Weaver Edwards, Co 81632 28 Second St., Suite 213 Edwards, Co 81632 Bids Will Be Considered Only From Bidders Who Have Attended the Pre-bid Conference. Bids From Bidders Not Indicated in the Engineer's Records to Have Been in Attendance at the Pre-bid Conference Will Be Returned Unopened.
