Renovation of a mixed-use development in Edwards, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 58,000-square-foot municipal facility.
The selected contractor will be responsible for: - Limited site preparation and mobilization - All required demolition & renovation work, as documented, at the existing gymnastics area,gymnasium, and (2) climbing wall areas. - Coordination with Mountain Rec. staff, design team, sub-consultants, and sub-contractors. - Compliance with all applicable codes, permits, and inspections - Adherence with project timelines and budget - Ensure site & building safety and environmental protection throughout construction. The project incudes three phases. The first phase budget is $1,199,100. RFP for Edwards Field House Renovations Sealed proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. on June 20, 2025, by Mountain Recreation Metropolitan District from qualified firms interested in providing general contractor services for the Edwards Field House Renovations regarding the demolition and renovation work at the existing offices, gymnastics, gymnasium, and climbing wall areas. 6/25/25: Interviews (if required) 6/27/25: Contractor Selection Question Deadline 06/13/2025 at 12:00 PM MT
