Renovation of a mixed-use development in Edwards, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 58,000-square-foot municipal facility.

The selected contractor will be responsible for: - Limited site preparation and mobilization - All required demolition & renovation work, as documented, at the existing gymnastics area,gymnasium, and (2) climbing wall areas. - Coordination with Mountain Rec. staff, design team, sub-consultants, and sub-contractors. - Compliance with all applicable codes, permits, and inspections - Adherence with project timelines and budget - Ensure site & building safety and environmental protection throughout construction. The project incudes three phases. The first phase budget is $1,199,100.
