Site work for a mixed-use development in Edwards, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed generally includes two phases: Phase 1 - Approximately 1,629 LF of asphalt roadway, 2,348 LF of concrete curb and gutter, SF of concrete sidewalk, 8,154 SF of asphalt parking lot. Also includes approximately 1,193 LF of storm piping and associated inlets and manholes, 1,806 LF of 8" DIP, 35 LF of 6" DIP, 2,251 LF of 1" copper with fire hydrants, fittings and gate valves. Also includes approximately 1,452 LF of PVC sewer main, 14 manholes, 4 non-potable irrigation meters and 4,664 LF of shallow utilities. Phase 2 - Approximately 986 LF of asphalt roadway, 1,880 LF of concrete curb and gutter, SF of concrete sidewalk, 14,535 SF of asphalt parking lot. Also includes approximately 745 LF of storm piping and associated inlets and manholes, 825 LF of 8" DIP, 10 LF of 6" DIP, 3,267 LF of 1" copper with fire hydrants, fittings and gate valves. Also includes approximately 1,371 LF of sewer main, 19 manholes, 3 non-potable irrigation meters and 9,224 LF of shallow utilities. Bids will be considered only from bidders who have attended the mandatory prebid conference. Each bidder shall file with their bid a cashier's check, or a bid bond, in accordance with the instructions. The selected contractor will be required to furnish a performance, payment, and warranty bond guaranteeing faithful performance. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty days after bids are opened.
