Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Edwards, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a 27,325-square-foot road / highway.

The work to be performed generally includes approximately 27,325 square feet of asphalt milling, 1,340 tons of asphalt (PG 58-34), 603 lineal feet of crack repair with milling, 812 lineal feet of Petrotac fabric after milling, 1 adjustment of manhole or gate valves, 126 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 4,563 lineal feet of shouldering, and pavement striping. Bidders must submit electronic PDF bids to the specified email address before the deadline. Each bidder is required to file with their bid a cashier's check or a bid bond according to the instructions. The selected bidder must provide a Performance, Payment, and Warranty Bond. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty days after the opening. Attendance at the mandatory Prebid Conference is required for consideration, and bids from non-attendees will be returned unopened. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid.
