Reference Number : 0000374073 The City of Hanford is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms, hereinafter called Consultants, to provide on-call environmental and planning services to the City. To be considered for this contract, firms must meet the qualifications and satisfy the requirements as stated in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The agreement shall extend for a five-year period. The City intends to qualify no more than five (5) consultants for each category listed in the scope of work. The total combined amount payable to the consultants for all projects shall not exceed $1,000,000 per year, with a maximum amount not to exceed $5,000,000 over five years without a signed amendment.
