At the time and place noted above, the proposals for the Project will be publicly opened and read. Only bids received from Contractors registered with the Architect will be accepted. Bidding Documents may be examined at the following location(s): Manley Spangler Smith Architects 770-227-5473 Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after time has been called on date of opening. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
