The Sacramento County Water Agency (SCWA), is soliciting proposals from engineering firms (Consultant) to provide professional services to manage, design, and provide support during construction for a proposed transmission main in Keifer Blvd (Project), extending from Sunrise Blvd to Excelsior Road. Question Submission Deadline: March 6, 2025, 4:00pm Start Construction July 2026 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The Agency reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, and/or modify this RFP for any reason and at any time with no liability to any prospective Proposer for any costs or expenses incurred in connection with the RFP or otherwise.
