Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tomah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Removal and installation of two new HVAC units at the TOMAH VAMC in Tomah, WI. In order to maintain integrity of this solicitation and subsequent award date, all offerors are advised that any question-and-answer requests must be submitted in a written form via e-mail to the Contract specialist Makena.James@va.gov no later than Tuesday February 18th , 2025 at NOON central time. POP End: 30 days after date of award Telephone inquiries will not be returned. There are two heat pump HVAC units outside of B410. These units were recently replaced by VA staff. After install it was discovered the units are not compatible with the rest of the equipment in B410. The vender who shipped the incorrect units to the VA has sent correct replacement units which are onsite in the VA warehouse. This project is for the services to remove the existing units and install the new units. Replacement units are (2) Daikin REYQ144TATJA units. Data sheet on these units can be found on the attachments that follows. Replace outdoor HVAC equipment. Incompatible units were installed. Project is to remove existing units and replace with new government supplied units which are on location. Start up of system will be from others.
