Reference Number 0000374164 Job Location: 5TH Street and Ute Avenue This project is includes but is not limited to 1600' of 8" C900 waterline, constructs a new roadway consisting of 5315 SY of asphalt paving and 1850 SY of concrete.Traffic control will be the responsibility of the contractor. Traffic control plans will be required for submittal and approval. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Question Deadline 02/14/2025 12:00 PM MT A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid price is required, and a Performance and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of bid, will be required. Bid Award will be the March 5, 2025 Council Meeting. Time of Commencement of the Work is anticipated to be no later than March 24, 2025, with completion by July 11, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to complete the work contemplated therein.
