**As of April 11, 2025, the project was awarded to AG Flooring LLC, with an awarded amount of $30,057.10.** Reference Number 0000376211 Job Location: 3100 Dokes Lane Rifle, Colorado United States 81650 Bid Intent Not Available Replacement of approximately 3,040sf of fooring and rubber cove base. The City of Rifle staff will remove existing electronic equipment during the project. The selected contractor will be responsible for removing and reinstalling all office furniture. The successful contractor will meet with the City's project team to determine and finalize the schedule. The projected duration of this project is two weeks from the start date. Flooring project should include but is not limited to: Removal of existing flooring and scraping old glue. LVT (5 Mil) throughout the 3,040sf space. Cove Base (Black) Transition Pieces.
