Statement of Work OPWDD Broome DDSOO (hereinafter OPWDD) is an agency serving people with developmental disabilities. OPWDD needs the removal and replacement of an existing reheat coil on the make-up air handling unit, HV5-2. The work site is centered in the refrigeration room of Building 3, on the property of the Broome DDSOO Main Campus, 249 Glenwood Rd, Binghamton, NY 13905. The awarded Contractor must provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner, according to this scope of work, and architectural drawing. Upon completion of the project, and before removal of equipment and scaffolding, Contractor must schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with the Maintenance Supervisor. Contract term: 3/15/2025-5/15/2025.
