Site work and paving for a road / highway in Suffolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Provide all plant, labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and other ancillary items necessary, as identified in these Contract Documents, in order to complete the Crittenden Road and Route 17 Intersection Realignment Improvements to the limits shown on the drawings and in accordance with all specification, terms, conditions, and drawings herein. Work will include all ACCEPTANCE TESTING in accordance with the VDOT LAP manual. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any bid/proposal, waive any informality and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder/respondent to best serve the interest of the City. CMAQ-5A03(964), FHWA-534-34004, U000-134-R94, 25096-JS Question Deadline 02/07/2025 Questions concerning this project must be in writing and addressed to the Contract Officer stated herein; and must be received no later than five (5) business days preceding the date that the bids are accepted.
