Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

1. Contractor shall acquire all permits and provide copies to LAN as a prerequisite to starting work. 2. Lift Station No. 1- 11307 Louetta Road. Reconfiguration of existing electrical rack, installation of new natural gas emergency standby generator, automatic transfer switch, sound attenuating enclosure, generator pad, gas piping, lighting, conduits, conductors and all required equipment for a fully functional emergency generator system as described in specifications and plans. 3. Lift Station No. 2- 15955 Hermitage Oaks Drive. Reconfiguration of existing electrical rack, installation of new natural gas emergency standby generator, automatic transfer switch, sound attenuating enclosure, generator pad, gas piping, lighting, conduits, conductors and all required equipment for a fully functional emergency generator system as described in specifications and plans. 4. Lift Station No. 4- 16102 Maplewick Drive. Reconfiguration of existing electrical rack, installation of new natural gas emergency standby generator, automatic transfer switch, sound attenuating enclosure, generator pad, gas piping, lift station control panel, lighting, conduits, conductors and all required equipment for a fully functional system as described in specifications and plans. 5. Electrical Utility Allowance (All Sites Combined): Allowance for electric service by local Electric Service Provider. Contractor will be reimbursed for actual invoice(s) during construction, no markup. 6. Natural Gas Utility Allowance (All Sites Combined): Allowance for Natural service by local Gas Service Provider. Contractor will be reimbursed for actual invoice(s) during construction, no markup. 7. Site restoration and site clean-up. Each bid shall be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of total base bid. If certified or cashier's check is used as bid security, check must be drawn on a responsible bank located in the State of Texas and made payable to Owner only. The successful bidder will be required to provide payment and performance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. This project was designed by Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN). The bidding and construction phase engineering services on this project will also be conducted by LAN.
