SCOPE OF WORK 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) South Sacramento Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Ballistic Glass Installation Services in accordance with the Scope of Work, and with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: California State License Board (CSLB), B-General Building Contractor B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond (STD. 807) equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to the execution of the Agreement. 2. The Services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol South Sacramento Area office 6 Massie Court Sacramento, CA 95823 3. The services shall be provided during: Work shall be performed on weekends or evenings unless other arrangements have been made with the CHP Facilities Coordinator and the on-site contact. A work schedule will be established with the on-site contact to assure a minimum of disruption to essential state operations and Contractor's work. Contractor will attend a pre-construction meeting with the CHP Facilities Coordinator and the on-site contact, at which time the Contractor will provide a work schedule and any job-required submittals.
