The Town of Wheatland reserves the right to award projects to multiple bidders, or to one bidder, or any combination thereof. The town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the town, even If that proposal is not the lowest In cost. Incomplete bids may be automatically rejected. The Town of Wheatland will be accepting bids now until noon on February 19th, 2025, for a heated storage shop. Dimensions are 50' by 100'; 16' eve height. We are looking for five overhead doors, four entry doors, all steel, HVAC, electric, plumbing, concrete, and insulation. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
