Renovation of a military facility in De Soto, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a new prefabricated four-room unisex, ADA-accessible restroom and shower building, including a minimum 10,000-gallon capacity septic holding tank. Work includes delivery, placement, assembly, and connection of the prefabricated structure, installation of associated utilities and systems, and completion of all site work required to ensure a fully functional facility. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards to deliver a complete and operational restroom and shower facility. The anticipated magnitude of this project will be under $350,000.00. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
