Contractual solid waste and recyclables collection and disposal service for four (4) years beginning April 1, 2025 and ending March 31, 2029, with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions through March 31, 2031, at the sole discretion of the Town of Highland. Bidders shall execute their bids on forms prescribed by the Town of Highland and the State Board of Accounts of the State of Indiana together with a Non-collusion Affidavit and a cash or bid bond in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the first year s total contract amount must accompany each bid. Bidders shall submit the Town of Highland required Responsible 8t Responsive Bidder Affidavit of Compliance . The successful bidder will be required to furnish, execute and deliver a satisfactory performance bond in the amount of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) to guarantee faithful performance of the contract. The Sanitary Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
