Site work for a water / sewer project in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under the base bid includes the installation of approximately 6,000 lineal feet of 8-inch ductile iron water mam and appurtenances, paving, and property restoration. Questions regarding this bid may be directed to Tony Nguyen, at tonyn@issaquahwa.gov Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount, not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. We reserve the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for aggregate total of both schedules.
