Park Electrical Upgrades Bid BIDS must be received at the Township office prior to the time noted: A Single-Prime Contract Format shall be utilized and bids will be required on a Stipulated Sum Basis and include ALL work indicated within the Contract Documents, "A Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the proposed contract value shall be included within the Bid Package. "A Performance, Labor and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the proposed contract value will be required for the successful bidder. "A Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Determination will be in effect and bound within the Project Manual supplied to qualified bidders. All questions related to the project shall be addressed to Robert Herlihy - Tower Engineering, Inc., T: 412-931-8888 email: rherlihy@tower-engineering.com. All proposals will remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of opening The Township of Pine reserves the right to determine the best responsible bidder and reserves the right to reject. any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality therein. The Work includes all materials, equipment and installation labor associated with the installation of providing electrical power to the stage of the amphitheater in the Pine Township Community Park, power infrastructure for future parking lot lights & cameras and new electrical service from the street to the park, as described within the Construction Documents Question Deadline 02/12/2025 at 2:00 PM ET
