Description: The work for which proposals are asked includes the following: Removing Asphaltic Surface Milling, Tack Coat, Geotextile Fabric Pavement Interlayer, HMA Pavement 3LT 58-28 S, HMA Pavement 4LT 58-28 S, Asphaltic Surface Patching, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work. All Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's, certified or bank check, or a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent of the total Bid, made payable to the City of Watertown, such guarantee to be forfeited should the successful Bidder fail to enter into the contract. Additional Description: The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price. The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid it deems advantageous.
