Site Address: 106 Jones Street The Base Bid work consists of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 1,982 linear feet of 8" pipe. The Base Bid work listed includes approximately 58 vertical feet of sanitary sewer manhole Cementitious-Based Liner Material (CBLM). Alternate Bid work may consist of CIPP lining of up to approximately 298 linear feet of 8" pipe, and 212 linear feet of 10" pipe - all work is throughout the City of Watertown. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price. The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the time set for opening Bids. Bidders shall prequalify with the City on forms in the bidding documents or on forms supplied by the Contractor not less than five (5) days before the opening of Bids.
