The project involves the construction of a 1,400-square-foot Youth Centre (Building I) located at Block 14C & Parcel J19, which is part of the broader Central Scranton Park Project. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: - Construction of the Youth Centre (Building I), approximately 1,400 square feet. - Installation of associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Fire Safety systems. - Construction of ramps and stairs for building accessibility. - External works, including the supply and installation of a septic tank and all necessary pipework.
