Site work and paving for a civil project in Georgetown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Georgetown is seeking a vendor to provide "Asphalt Construction" services for the calendar year 2025. The contract will be effective immediately upon execution by all parties and will expire on December 31, 2025. The invitation to bid involves asphalt pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction using milling, resurfacing, subgrade preparation, utility manhole and valve adjustment, and installation of signal loops. Bids shall include ALL equipment, labor, and materials (only materials not listed in the table below) and material delivery costs to complete each item of work. The City will award the contract on a unit price basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
