The City of Georgetown is seeking a vendor to provide "Concrete Materials and related Construction" services for the calendar year 2025. This contract involves installation of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA Ramps and other miscellaneous concrete construction and supply. Bids shall include ALL equipment, labor, materials, and material delivery to complete each item of work. The City will award the contract to the lowest and best qualified vendor based on the sum total of unit prices on the unit price form below. Contracts shall be in effect from contract execution until December 31, 2025. ALL QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION OR INTERPRETATION ARE DUE BY WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12, 2025, AT 4:00 PM. Failure of any vendor to receive any such supplementation or interpretation shall not relieve such vendor from any obligation under their bid as submitted. All posts so issued shall become part of the ITB and/or contract documents. In calendar year 2023, the City spent approximately $122,500 in unit price concrete work for sidewalk maintenance/construction, ADA ramps, curb work, etc. The City spent approximately $94,000 on similar unit price concrete work in 2024.
