Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Electrical Panel Replacement Four Seasons A+ Elementary 318 N Moore St, Saint Paul, MN 55104. Four Seasons A+ Campus houses a Grades K-5 elementary school program and was originally built in 1974. Later additions were built in 1999 and 2003. The scope of this project is to replace all Zinsco electrical panels and breakers (19) and the Zinsco switch gear. Existing main service currently has ground fault protection. SPPS does not want (or need by code) ground fault protection on the new main service. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (in the form of a bid bond or cashierís check) is required for bids totaling $175,000 or more. Electronically submitted bids require a copy of the bid security to accompany submission. Original cashierís check bid security must be delivered within three (3) business days of bid opening or postmarked on or before bid opening date. Minnesota Prevailing Wage statutes apply to this Work. Bidder is responsible for obtaining schedule of prevailing wage rates currently in effect and complying with these wage rates. Refer to Section 00 73 40 Prevailing Wage Rates for information and link to current rates. Anticipated Construction Start Date 06-12-2025 Substantial Completion 08-15-2025
