State Project Number 02RB0045 Replace Flooring at the Stassen Building 4th Floor A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. Project scope if for LABOR only - all flooring materials will be provided by the Owner. 1.Remove and replace all carpeting on the 4th Floor where work is to take place. 2. Remove and replace all vinyl base on the 4th Floor where work is to take place. 3. Remove and replace vinyl flooring & vinyl base as indicated on the drawings. 4. Remove moveable furniture in areas as indicated on the drawings. 5. Removal and replacement of raised floor tiles where floor boxes are removed. See notes on drawings sheets. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the solicitation before submitting a response. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to:Responding company has completed as a Prime OR Sub-Contractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since 2018 for construction of flooring removal and replacement and systems furniture lifting projects, similar in scope. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $280,000.00 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding company's projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to 3 qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion since 2018 for construction of flooring removal and replacement and systems furniture lifting projects, similar in scope and with a construction value of $280,000.00 or greater Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least 5 years of experience with flooring removal and replacement and systems furniture lifting similar in scope and value to this project.
