Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the entirety of Work required for the following item of Work: 1. Replacement and/or upgrade of the Building Management System and Perimeter Terminal Box Upgrade in the City County Building to improve the reliability and availability of the digital control system components. Improve the HVAC systems efficiency using sustainable operation sequences as per ASHRAE Guideline 362018 High Performance Sequences of Operations for HVAC systems and to improve the occupant comfort and system reliability by upgrading damper actuators at perimeter terminal boxes.
