The Medina County Sanitary Engineers (MCSE) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested consulting firms for professional design services described herein. The MCSE currently has an existing twenty-four inch (24") concrete water main located primarily on the west side of Columbia Road between Grafton Road and Boston Road. The intent of this project is to replace the existing concrete water main with a smaller PVC water main. The water main may need to be replaced in place requiring temporary water service. MCSE is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional design services in the following categories: Surveying, Permitting, Design, Contract Documents and Specifications, Construction Estimate, Bid Process, Bid Analysis, and Construction Administration. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
