Tenant renovations, demolition of the Victoriaville Centre, and reconstruction of Victoria Avenue. The description of the Work stated above is not, nor is it intended to be, a complete and all-inclusive "Description of Work". The Work under this Contract includes: - Facade upgrades; - New public washroom in McKellar Mall; - New additions / entrances to existing buildings; - Addition of a McKellar Mall entrance store front and vestibule; - Complete demolition of the Victoriaville Mall, and trash room (unit C3), including slab and foundation. - Replacement of watermain; - Replacement of building services - Hard surfacing and landscaping. - Plaza structure installation, including planters, benches, arbors, etc. Documents are available at https://thunderbay.bidsandtenders.ca/
