Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 46,500-square-foot, three-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Board of Public Works anticipated level of MBE participation is 10%, WBE participation is 4%, SBE participation is 25%, EBE participation is 8%, and DVBE participation is 3% (See Part III of the Proposal). Demolish the existing Maintenance and Warehouse Building Construct a new 2-story Maintenance and Warehouse Facility (approximately 46,500 SF) Improvements include, but are not limited to: Parking, Landscaping, Roofing, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc. Procurement and installation of a new Stak System for the new warehouse Procurement and installation of a new fire pump and associated supporting infrastructure Demolish the existing maintenance and warehouse facilities and construct a new three-story maintenance building and a new single-story auxiliary building/ warehouse in the southwestern portion of the existing DCT Plant.
