Cast-in-place concrete clearwell (detached from WTP). Cast-in-place concrete backwash tank (detached from WTP). Cast-in-place concrete gravity filters with monolithic underdrains. Cast-in-place detention tank. Cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Precast ceilings and walls. Masonry walls. Process Equipment. Forced draft aerator. Pellet softeners. Filtration equipment. Chemical feed systems. Process piping, fittings, and valves. Vertical turbine pumps. Submersible pumps. Process instrumentation and controls. Electrical Mechanical HVAC Painting Construct well improvements. Well 3 pumphouse improvements. Install level transducers in existing wells. Removal and replacement of pumps required. Re-powering wells from new WTP. Abandoning/sealing Wells 1 and 2. Demolition of Wellhouse 1/2. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
