Project Description Build New Joint Vocational School to accommodate 733 Career Technical Students. o This building will be approximately 176,044 S.F. with a total co-funded budget of $60,845,287.11 o The district would like to complete educational visioning. o A draft Program of Requirement has been created but will need to be verified and will be made available to the selected firm. o Allowances ERRS for 176,044 S.F $213,013.00 is included in the co-funded budget. o District has elected not to include a storm shelter. The building will be designed for 733 total students.
