Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work generally consists of the primary goal of this project is mechanical and plumbing repair, and main water distribution line replacement. In addition, all sump pumps and sewage ejector pumps in mechanical rooms will be replaced and a new water service connection will be added. New LED light fixtures and controls. New fire alarm system. As a result of this work, the project will include ceiling removal with new installed, removal and reinstallation of the existing ceiling in some areas, and the construction of new pipe chases. Roof top mechanical unit replacement will require some minor structural upgrade. Other secondary work will include masonry repair and replacement, (2) store front replacements, limited floor finish repair, and parking lot and access road repairs / re-paving.
